Toasty Apricot Tart. Fermented in selected French oak barrels, the creamy oak flavours of toasty almond, allspice and vanilla notes bring to mind apple and peachy fruit that are wrapped in caramel and Crème brûlée accents. Sweet oak tones on the backend fade away to the slightly spicy and dry finish that shows baked apple fruit flavours. This wine a perfect complement with buttery, rich foods like pumpkin ravioli, fine rich fish such as turbot, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, or a simple roast chicken.
